A trip to the zoo

Long time, no see. I'm very sorry that I didn't post for such a long time. But besides learning for the final exams, working and doing stuff for art lesson there is not much time for blogging at the moment.
But I promise you there is more to come during the next weeks. I have a lot of photos of my art project, which was a lot of fun. I will collect some Insagram photos and show them here and I will take some photos outside after my exams.

In this post I'll show you some photos I took last summer in the zoo. Here you go.

Still Black'n'White

Well not much to say here. Here's the rest of the photos we took for my friends art project.
I'd like to take more pictures, but I'm too busy with learning for my diploma. When I see any evidence that spring is coming I'll grab my camera and start to shoot as much as I can. But as long as it stays cold outside I'll stay in my well temperatured hideaway and stare at my school papers.

Black'n'White

Last sunday a friend and me dared to go outside to take some photos for her art project.
She has the same task like I had last years so she asked if I would help her, and yes I definietly want to help. We went to our local harbour and took the photos in front of old and used looking buildings. There'll be more to come so come around again soon!

Winter Wonderland

Yesterday I decided to use my spare time to take some photos in our local park. I was quite surprised that the park was almost completly empty. Only a few older couples and a handful of children playing in the snow. There were no snowmen at all for me to take photos of.
After having a walk through the park I decided to walk throught the forest too. I really enjoyed the quitness and the white's everywhere, it really makes you calm down and lets you think about everything you're concerned about.
I'd definitely do that again but it was so freezing cold I thought my fingers would just fell off.

Frosty Days

Since the snow resisted to melt within 24 hours as usual in the city I grabbed my camera and just pointed with it at the interesting snow and ice constructions. Pretty interesting how ice and snow look like from a closer view.
Since I am very busy the last days and I can't manage to go outside while the sun is still shining I hope the snow won't evoporate within the next days so I'll have a chance to take those beautiful Winter Wonterland photos you see everywhere now on my own.

Short Trip: Hamburg

During the last two days five friends and me spend our time in Hamburg. The trip was a birthday gift to one of our friends.
I have to say that I totally fell in love with that city. Every district has its own charme and charisma.
May it be the Speicherstadt, the downtown or the Reeperbahn. It doesn't matther which time or day it is, Hamburg is alive all the time.
Downtown has beautiful classic architecture and every kind of brands with flagship stores. Expensive cars next to expensive dressed people which spend their money in those neat boutiques.
You can spend your whole night on Reeperbahn, you pass pub after club after pub after club. But actually it doesn't matter which one you pick, every pub offers the same. Tourists pass whores, amusements of every sort overwhelm you.  The nightlife is intense.
The Speicherstadt shows another side of Hamburg. Brick buildings rise above the river and canal system. Modern dekonstructive buildings break up those heavy buildings and create a great contrast.

Unfortunately I didn't take my Canon with me so you have to content yourself with shitty IPhone quality.
The trip to Hamburg definitely was a nice ending for the year 2012, in that way I also wish you a happy new year, may 2013 be nice to you!

Hoe Hoe Hoe

Since we already have the first advent it definitely was time to visit the Christmas market.
So much good smelling food, bright and warm colors everywhere, Christmas markets just have their own charme. You jump into your warmest and most compfortable cloths have a nice walk and drink and eat a lot. I think I could do that the whole year.
Unfortunately it started to rain a little bit and I was a bit worried about my camera so I only took a frew photos, but there will be definitely more photos in Christmas mood soon.
